Placing Orders
Orders can be placed online or you can order by phone. Call 416-994-1862 or 416-792-5282. We are available to take your order and answer your questions from 9a to 5p Eastern Daylight Savings Time, from Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays, or email us 24-7 at www.michele@urbanbeautysystems.com
When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 1-10 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order with the carrier provided at that time.
After your order is shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email. It will also provide a shipment tracking number, with easy links to the shipping carrier’s websites, so you can track the status of your order. Contact us if you need help tracking your order.
What are your shipping rates?
We have a fixed shipping rate for all orders of $18 plus tax within the Greater Toronto Area, $30 plus tax in Ontario, $40 plus applicable tax for the rest of Canada. Retail orders only are shipped at no charge for orders over $150 before tax to all destinations within Canada. Our fixed shipping rates apply to Canadian retail orders under $150 before tax.
Some shipping discounts may apply. If your Wholesale or Retail order is for hair only please contact us at 416-994-1862 or 1-866-731-4327 to discuss a possible discount to your shipping rate, particularly outside the Greater Toronto Area.
The charges will be calculated and displayed when you enter your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of the shipping cost before you enter your credit card details and confirm your order. We ship primarily through Purolator to ensure safe, reliable, timely delivery.
* For wholesale clients, heavier or bulkier items are subject to an additional $10 shipping fee (between 1-10 lbs.) and will be shipped Ground Economy. Your order should arrive between 2-7 days depending on the destination. Some exceptions may apply regarding larger shipments and if this is the case you will be contacted by our office on the same or next business day.
Important Shipping Information
Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. Although we have systems in place to help standardize addresses, be sure to confirm that a suite, apartment or unit number if applicable is included, buzzer code, and a telephone on which you can be most easily reached. Incomplete address information (Main St. vs. Main Ave. vs. Main St. NW) can delay the delivery of your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or misrouted due to incorrect information. Please contact us for assistance with correcting an address on an order you have placed.
Which other countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship worldwide. However, in case your country may not be supported by our logistics, we will inform you right away and make necessary changes to your order. To know more about our destination listings, contact us via support at urbanbeautysystems@gmail.com
How can I change my shipping address?
Changing of address is only allowed on or before 1:00p Eastern Daylight Savings Time on the same day of placing an order. You may contact us via support at urbanbeautysystems@gmail.com to request such changes.
Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?
Yes, it is possible.
How soon is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders are usually shipped the same or next business day when placed Monday to Friday. Some exceptions may apply.
DUE TO COVID-19 THE SHIPPING COMPANIES HAVE SUSPENDED THEIR GUARANTEED DELIVERY TIMES.

Allow additional time-in-transit to AK, HI. We are unable to ship to PO boxes using this method.
